Classical Yoga
More than simple practice, this class aims at teaching students the tenets of yoga as a whole: postures, breathing techniques and philosophy. Because of its slow pace it is perfect for complete beginners as well as more advanced students seeking to go beyond the postural workout and further into meditation. A good stress reliever too!
